1. Retainer Agreements

SocialPlug works on a rolling monthly retainer framework. All design, development, and PPC campaigns are billed in advance. Cancellations require a 14-day written notice before your next billing date.

2. Visual & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of invoices:

• You gain full ownership of all custom Figma graphics, vector logo files, and marketing ad copies.
• You receive copyright licenses to deploy the custom Next.js/React frontend source codes developed.
• SocialPlug retains rights to list visual mocks and metrics details inside our portfolio case studies.

3. Limitation of Liabilities

While we apply best practices in ad bidding and technical SEO, search engine algorithms and paid social CPC rates are volatile. SocialPlug cannot guarantee exact conversion volumes or search impressions and holds no liability for ad account suspensions by third-party platforms.

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely feedback on wireframe drafts, secure access to ad pixels, and settle third-party hosting/spend fees on schedule to avoid operational halts.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in courts within Islamabad.
